Deep Tissue
Integrating knowledge of trigger point, neuromuscular and myofasial making an unique and effective deep tissue massage. I find my technique of slowly sinking into the tissue and moving slowly allows me to get a deep massage without triggering your flight sensory.
This service can help with chronic pain, range of motion, headaches, injury and overall healing.
Intra-Oral
This technique can be intense, but it is not necessarily painful. It deals with muscles that are rarely touched, they respond to slow, specific and gentle pressure.
This service helps with TMJ pain, headaches, ear pain/ringing, neck rotation and much more!
Pregnancy
Pregnancy massage can be received throughout your whole pregnancy, you don’t have to be uncomfortable in this journey! The body is changing so often throughout pregnancy that it’s important to remember to take care of yourself. I’m here to give your muscles a break from growing a child! All my pregnancy massages are done side-lying and supine (my table elevates to allow being on back).
This service helps you feel your best throughout your pregnancy and lower/eliminate any muscular discomfort that comes your way.

Late arrival: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate appointments that follow yours.
24 hour notice/No show: I understand that unanticipated events can happen occasionally in everyone's life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, I honor the following policy: if you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged in full for the scheduled session.
